Honey isn't only a sweetness!

Someone thinks, that honey is only a delicacy, a tempting sweetness. No! it's much more. Sure, honey is sweet, but its sugar can be found in fruits and grapes, too. At different places in our digestive-system they are simply and lightly digested. Honey isn't only sweet it's sour, too. The organic acids in the honey improve hunger and digestion.

Honey is a varied food, which provides our body with many essential substances. Honey fights against germs, supports digestion, the liver, the drainage, feeds the muscles, has an calming effect and works as a light laxative. For external use by wounds. Which other sweetener might do this?

Important notice!
Honey becomes after a time - depending on the type - viscous and crystallises. This depends on the ratio between glucose and fruit-sugar. If there is more fruit-sugar, honey stays liquid for a long time. If there is more glucose, honey becomes viscous and crystallises. But this doesn't influence its content. If honey had been crystallised, you might worm it up by 40°C, it will become runny, but a higher temperature will influence its quality.
